Trong những năm tháng sôi nổi tại Trường Đại học Bách Khoa, nơi mà những bộ óc trẻ tuổi cháy bỏng khát vọng đổi mới đang không ngừng khám phá, một giấc mơ được hình thành. Giấc mơ ấy không chỉ đơn thuần là sản xuất thang máy, mà còn là một lời hứa cho người Việt Nam: “Chúng ta hoàn toàn có thể tự sản xuất và tự hào về sản phẩm của chính mình.”
Công Ty Cổ Phần Thang Máy Và Cơ Khí Bách Khoa (BKE) được thành lập vào ngày 30/03/2009 chuyên sản xuất, thi công, lắp đặt các dòng thang máy.
Trải qua 16 năm hình thành và phát triển, BKE đã không ngừng phấn đấu, phát triển, hiện tại BKE có trụ sở chính và nhà máy sản xuất đặt tại Quận 12 Tp HCM cùng phòng nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm kết hợp với các giáo sư tiến sĩ đầu ngành thuộc đại học Bách Khoa và nhiều chi nhánh ....

BKE đã thành công sản xuất, lắp đặt thang máy cao lầu 42 tầng tại Mỹ Đình Pear – đây là thang máy cao lầu đầu tiên do người Việt sản xuất, Thang Máy Dành Cho Người Khuyết Tật, Máy Lu Bê Tông, Tàu Xử Lý Lục Bình cùng nhiều dự án khác phục vụ trong ngành xây dựng.
BKE đã khẳng định vị thế của mình trong ngành thang máy nói chung và ngành cơ khí nói riêng với các giải thưởng như: "Doanh nhân tiêu biểu Tp HCM", Doanh nghiệp Việt Nam điển hình sáng tạo", "Top 10 Doanh Nghiệp Mạnh ASEAN", "Top 10 Thương Hiệu Sao Vàng" .. vinh hạnh là công ty tiêu biểu đại diện cho ngành thang máy nói lên những khó khăn của ngành đang đối mặt trong phóng sự: "Hỗ Trợ Phát Triển Doanh Nghiệp" phát trên HTV9..
Nhưng thông điệp của BKE không chỉ dừng lại ở sản phẩm. Mỗi chiếc thang máy được sản xuất ra đều mang theo một tinh thần mạnh mẽ, thể hiện niềm tự hào của đất nước và quyết tâm mang đến những sản phẩm đáp ứng đúng nhu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng.
